MPs call for independent review of hospital construction projects
MPs Ole Herman Sveian and Kjersti Toppe have submitted a proposal for an independent evaluation of new hospital buildings completed over the past decade, as well as hospitals still in the planning stages. The proposers argue that many new hospitals have been built with insufficient capacity, inadequate break facilities for staff, and other missing amenities that create poor working conditions and compromise patient safety.
