Committee rejects proposal for clearer coastal zone policy
MPs Ove Trellevik, Haagen Poppe, Mudassar Kapur, and Tage Pettersen proposed changes to coastal zone management to create a clearer distinction between developed, privatized land and undeveloped land. The Standing Committee on Local Government and Public Administration recommends the Storting reject the proposal. However, members from the Progress Party, Conservative Party, and Centre Party put forward several alternative proposals with different compositions.
