Train service at Svingen station to be restored to previous levels
The Standing Committee on Transport and Communications is considering a private member's bill from Abid Raja and Guri Melby on reliable train service in the Oslo region. A committee majority—comprising the Progress Party, Centre Party, Red Party, and Green Party—has asked the government to instruct Bane NOR to restore train service at Svingen station to the level it provided before the December 2025 timetable change.
